Overcoming Barriers, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation formed in Massachusetts in 2008, EIN: 01-0909327. Our federal 501(c)(3) application is pending and we are registered in California.

All donations from Massachusetts and California donors are tax deductible.  OCB is also able to accept tax deductible donations from Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont and Wyoming.  We are not able to accept donations from other states at this time.
